Mirimiri & Romiromi Wānanga 

Focus: Introduction into Mirimiri & Romiromi, the protocols, philosophies, tikanga that are the pillars of these powerful modalities. The importance of selfcare and how to maintain this safely, while implementing the traditional Māori bodywork, spiritually, mentally/emotionally and physically. This is a hands-on wānanga, helping yourself and the ones you care about in a holistic approach to wellness.

This Wānanga offers a holistic wellness approach grounded in Te Ao Māori principles, designed to enhance individual health and wellbeing, support whānau and empower communities. It welcomes everyone regardless of background, industry, or experience level - from beginners to experienced practitioners, stay-at-home parents to professionals, and those just starting their spiritual journey to these seeking greater fulfilment. Ni prior knowledge of Māori language or culture is required. Come with an open heart and curiosity.

Adele is an ACC Registered Rongoā Māori Practitioner , Adele also is a provider for Instep EAP service based between Rotorua and Taupō. She offers Mirimiri and Romiromi — traditional Māori bodywork and healing — drawn from her vitality, depth, and arohā for people and connection.



Hēni-Paku Wilson-Babbington (Hēni)
(Ngāti Porou, Te Whānau A Ruatapare, Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Ngāti Turumākina, Ngāti Maniapoto)
Vitae EAP and ACC Registered Rongoā Māori Practitioner and currently studying with PreKure to align beside her Rongoā practice, based between Taupō and Rotorua clinics offering Mīrirmiri, Romiromi within the arohā of Te Hono Ki Manawāu.

  • Whakamutunga-Poroporoake (shared learnings and closing).
